About the Artist
The Artist Leyton Rowley (Wales 1969)is an internationally exhibited professional painter currently living and working in Arnhem, The Netherlands. He is quickly becoming one of Arnhem's best known and respected contemporary artists.

Leyton has a 25 year track record of professional creative activity, to include an extensive career as a professional photographer which developed into aa "Art Brut" painting career in the early 2000s.

Due to the demand for his popular artworks, Leyton now works as a self employed Artist, showing his distinctive and expressive style of work in numerous galleries in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. His work can also be found in public and private collections throughout the EU, UK and the US.

In 2004, Leyton founded the Splash Art studio in Arnhem and due to his continued success in 2016 opened his own gallery and picture framing studio in Arnhem city center. The gallery houses works from local and Internation artists favoured by Rowley and also houses a permanent collection of work from the artist himself.
